Registration forms can be submitted either in person or by emailing them to frontdesk@bgclascruces.org. Payments can be made in person, by phone, or online.
After-School Program Information
Hours: Monday - Friday
2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Open during most full days and some holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Will be open for extended breaks and intersessions at an increased rate.
Registration Fee:
$10 per term
Program Fee:
Elementary - $50 per week (3 to 5 days per week)
$30 per week (1 to 2 days per week)
Middle School - $35 per week (3 to 5 days per week)
$20 per week (1 to 2 days per week)
High School
- No Weekly Fees
Reduced rates available by financial need. (Limited scholarships available.)
Transportation: We may be able to accommodate transportation from some schools that are not listed. To inquire about pick up from a school that is not listed, please speak to our front desk coordinator.
We are currently providing transportation from the following schools:
Elementary: Alameda, Central, Conlee, Desert Hills, Doña Ana, East Picacho, Explore Academy, Fairacres, Highland, Hillrise, Loma Heights, MacArthur, Monte Vista, Sonoma, and Valley View.
Middle Schools: Explore Academy, Camino Real, Picacho, Sierra, Vista, and Zia.
High Schools: Centennial, Mayfield, and Organ Mountain
Elementary Afterschool Programs
The Boys & Girls Club of Las Cruces is proud to partner with Tombaugh Elementary School to offer an after-school program for K thru 5th graders each day.
Program Open:
Mondays - Fridays from 2:30 to 6 p.m.

Program Cost:
- $50 per week (3 to 5 days per week)
- $30 per week (1 to 2 days per week)
- If your child attends daily specials before our program, the part-time rate applies—daily attendance after 4pm.
Childcare Assistance Program (ECECD) is now applicable.

Programas Extraescolares para Primaria
El Boys & Girls Club de Las Cruces se enorgullece de asociarse con la Escuela Primaria Tombaugh para ofrecer un programa extraescolar para estudiantes de Kinder a 5.º grado todos los días.
