Although we run several of these programs and others throughout the year, the list below does not necessarily reflect the programs that are currently being ran. 

HEALTH & WELLNESS

These initiatives develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.

41% of twelfth grade Club girls participate in daily physical activity, compared with 29% of twelfth grade girls nationally.

Ages 6- 15

Healthy Habits, a component of the Triple Play program is designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience, Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being.

Ages 6- 15

SMART Moves is a prevention and education program addressing problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

Age 11-14

Passport to Manhood teaches responsibility to boys ages 11 to 14 with sessions that focus on a specific aspect of character and manhood through highly interactive activities.

Age 8-17

SMART Girls provides health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement for girls ages 8 to 17.
