Request for Proposals – Phase 1 Construction Services

The overall construction project for new construction will be done in three phases: 1) Site Demolition and Preparation; 2) Construction; 3)Landscaping and site finishes. This is one of three bids for the entire project.

Boys & Girls Club of Las Cruces is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide construction services for Phase 1 of a multi-phase construction project. Phase 1 of the project includes site demolition and preparation.  

A detailed scope of work, plans, specifications, and submission instructions will be provided within the RFP package. The RFP package will be made available on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 9 a.m. at this website: www.bgclascruces.org/RFP

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour:  Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10 a.m. at 1005 El Paseo Rd.

***PLEASE NOTE: An additional opportunity to meet the mandatory pre-proposal and site tour requirement (for those who missed the January 7 meeting) has been scheduled on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 10 a.m. at 1005 El Paseo Rd.
This opportunity my also be utilized for a second walk-thru by those contractors who came to the January 7 meeting.***

Deadline for question submission:  January 16, 2026, at 5 p.m.
