Request for Proposals – Phase 1 Construction Services

The overall construction project for new construction will be done in three phases: 1) Site Demolition and Preparation; 2) Construction; 3)Landscaping and site finishes. This is bid two of three for the entire project.

Boys & Girls Club of Las Cruces is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide construction services for Phase 2 of a multi-phase construction project. Phase 2 of the project includes the remodel of the existing 20,336 square foot building, and additional construction of a gymnasium, a lobby, and a front porch. 

A detailed scope of work, plans, specifications, and submission instructions will be provided within the RFP package. The RFP package will be made available on Wednesday, April 15, at 9 a.m. at this website: www.bgclascruces.org/RFP

Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour:  Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10 a.m. at 1005 El Paseo Rd.

2nd Opportunity for Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Tour: Friday, May 15, 2026 at 12 p.m. at 1005 El Paseo Rd.

Deadline for question submission:  May 18, 2026, at 5 p.m.
