This questionnaire will help gauge the experiences youth have in our programs.
NYOI
(National Youth Outcomes Initiative) survey is an annual, anonymous survey by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) for members aged 9 and up, measuring their experiences and growth in areas like academic success, healthy living, character, safety, and overall club satisfaction to help clubs improve their programs and demonstrate impact.
